Psychwell can deliver training and workshops across a range of settings. If there is something particular that you are looking for, or you would like to discuss our services further, please do get in touch as we are able to put together bespoke packages.

Psychological training
Everyone can face psychological difficulties in their life, which can affect wellbeing and performance at work. Employers can be proactive in helping their workforce deal with these challenges.
We are able to offer training on a range of psychological issues, delivered in the workplace or another suitable venue. Topics could include issues such as general mental health, stress, and anxiety.
We are also able to offer training to GP practices and psychology professionals. Previous sessions have included issues including personality disorders, self-harm and suicide, and DBT.
Workshops
As well as training, we are able to offer more interactive and client-led workshops.
We understand that each client is different, and together we can put together a workshop, facilitated by our clinical psychologist, which is tailored to your individual needs.
This is a great option as part of an away-day or team building exercise.
Children and young adults
We have experience of working with young people and their parents, and can help with training and information in a classroom or assembly setting.
Schools and other educational establishments may benefit from age and audience appropriate presentations on a range of subjects, including self-harm, anxiety, and emotional resilience.
